Throughout history, warriors from three different nations have vanished. After centuries, they are resurfacing in Championsverse and preparing to wage war.

The battles of three distinct nations all ended in the same way. The first nation series is about the Genpei (1185) war between the Taira and Minamoto clans in late-Heian Japan. It put an end to the Taira dynasty and founded the Kamakura Shogunate, which was commanded by Minamoto no Yoritomo, who declared himself Shogun in 1192 and ruled Japan as a military dictator from Kamakura in the east.

Before the conflict, 5555 warriors vanished while crossing the bypass road and have not been seen since. During a battle, a detachment of two clan warriors engaged at a specified spot, however the battle was briefly halted owing to lightning on the battlefield.

People who arrived after the war saw no trace of warriors. But what they did see was a devilish creature, never seen before, roaming the fields. Apparently, lost warriors were absorbed by moving portal (Anomalia) and transited into different dimension.
