New Beginnings

We have just arrived.

And our ship has landed on one of the smaller continents in a vast open area beside a sea on a brand new planet.

As we all slowly and cautiously disembarked, we took our first steps on a new world. It was only when the dull hum of the propulsion system subsided that we heard the sound of waves in the distance through the tree-line.

We all ventured off in that direction to discover what was there while also keeping a close eye on the ship for if we needed a hasty retreat. After finding our way through the dense and lush vegetation, we marveled at the azure sea and its white sand beaches before us.
